It consists of a cozy living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has a sofa bed, a coffee table and a TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped, with: a fridge, an induction hob, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. There is a separate dining area in the living space. The Seaside Garden building is one of the newest in Świnoujście and is located only 150 meters from the beach. On the roof of the building there is an impressive terrace with a free common relaxation area, consisting of a swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas.
