Our house is located on a private property. Most of it is covered with a lawn and interesting species of coniferous trees and shrubs.

 The property is located on Karsibór Island - which administratively belongs to Świnoujście. The island is partly a developed urban area. It is an area rich in natural values. Karsibór Island is surrounded by the waters of the Szczecin Lagoon, Stara Świna - Rzecki Nurt and Młyńska Toń. In the delta of Świna there is an area with over 40 islands, the largest of which are Karsiborska Kępa, Warne Kępy and Wielki Krzek.

Our offer is an attractive two-storey house in which we offer you three double bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a comfortable corner, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, a total of approx. 120 m2. It is situated 100 m from the water.

It is possible to put up a tent on our plot. There is a separate place for a barbecue and family fun
